Sodablast stripping with Jet Décap
Sodablast cleaning consists of propelling particles of baking soda at very high speed onto a wooden surface to remove the coatings and sealant that cover its surface for an environmentally friendly deep cleaning. Fine and ecological, the use of baking soda as an abrasive is ideal for stripping and restoring the most delicate wood surfaces.
Soft wood surfaces are best suited for sodablast work. In order to preserve the original appearance of the wood during stripping work, sodablast is the most logical and prudent way to dry strip a soft wood substrate (spruce, fir, red cedar, white cedar, pine).
